SuperMandi provides a retail infrastructure platform including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, supplier management, and related services for retail businesses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Upload malicious content or code
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Data and Content

6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
SuperMandi's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
